14th November. Due to the virus and wishing to tidy up my affairs, the house is now let out on a permanent rental. This is now a tenant, but there is a break clause after 6 months (June2021). The return on investment is almost 10%. I cannot think of anywhere else that you can buy and rent out for that return with no work to do. I am happy to keep it, as the euro income is even more relevant now, but If it doesn't sell in the next few months , it will be removed from sale as I am now earning over 10% per year on investment.
