14th November. Due to the virus and wishing to tidy up my affairs, the house is now let out on a permanent rental. This is now a tenant, but there is a break clause after 6 months (June2021). The return on investment is almost 10%. I cannot think of anywhere else that you can buy and rent out for that return with no work to do. I doubt if you would be able to find a house similar and close to town centre and with garage, new central heating and double glazing. I am happy to keep it, as the euro income is even more relevant now, but If it doesn't sell in the next few months , it will be removed from sale as I am now earning over 10% per year on investment. Small town house in Hesdin (62140 region of the Nord Pas de Calais) within 100 metres of the town centre.2/3 bedrooms, Mains drainage, mains gas (new combination boiler fitted a couple of years ago and under annual maintenance contract.
