The phone is compatible with Sprint and all other GSM carriers. MMS (Picture Messing ) or Internet Issues: In some cases you may need to update your APN setting (for MMS and Internet, in that case please follow the following instruction:Open Dialer (WHere you dial a number) then type ##3282# (##DATA#) Tap “APN Settings” (or “MMSC” if you want to change) Tap “Internet” Tap “Edit” Enter Service code (SPC Code=MSL in EDF) Please send us an email requesting SPC code with your IMEI Number and we will send you the SPC Code Tap “APN NI” Enter any APN names you want to change then tap “OK” Please make sure if the APN has been updated to what you changed. Reboot the device To Remove Activation Notification:There are 2 options to dis-activate the activation notification: 1- On the activation page press and hold the back button for 5 second. It should be removed and you wont see that until next time you turn on the phone which you can repeat the process. 2- You can go to settings=> apps => notifications, app info, click the 3 dots on the top right and click "show system", search for sprint in the search magnifying glass, click my sprint launcher, click force stop. Also you can click app notifications in the sprint app and turn them off. This is how you get past this. It has to be done every time you restart your phone. When it's saying activation in progress, you can click emergency call, that will temporarily stop the notification long enough for you to disable it in the settings. Otherwise you have to wait 5 minutes for it to say activation incomplete. Network Reset:If you're having issues with MMS or calls not working try this code in the phone dialer app: ##72786#. If you need to edit APN settings you'll have to enter this code: ##DATA# (##3282#), but beware you'll need a service code. To receive the service code please email us and we will gladly provide it to you. For Boost Mobile Customers:Call the customer service support line to get your existing phone number and plan switched over. Give them the IMEI number and ICC ID number and they will be able to get everything switched over to the LG V50 phone to work on the Boost Mobile carrier.
